How Jupiter Foodie started
I'm Robert Nichols — President & CEO of Robert Nichols Insurance Group. I've built a career around relationships, trust, and knowing my community inside and out. That same instinct is what drives Jupiter Foodie.
Jupiter is my home, and I've spent years discovering every corner of it — the waterfront restaurants, the hole-in-the-wall taco spots, the hidden beaches, and the local chefs doing incredible things with fresh Florida ingredients.
As co-host of Business, Bosses & Bentleys, I spend a lot of time talking about success, ambition, and the finer things in life. Jupiter Foodie is the natural extension of that — because great food, great places, and great experiences are part of living well.

Why Jupiter?
Jupiter sits at the northern tip of Palm Beach County, where the Loxahatchee River meets the Atlantic. It has the soul of a small beach town with a food scene that punches way above its weight — and most people driving through on I-95 have no idea what they're missing.
As someone who runs a business here and is deeply connected to this community, I can tell you — Jupiter is special. This blog is my way of proving it.
